コヒーランスをご存知ですか？　https://www.heartmath.com

ここでは物理用語のコヒーレンスではなく、「コネクション・プラクティス（以下、コネプラ）」で教えている 「心臓と脳を同期（シンク）させること」に限定し、「コヒーランス」と表現します。

主宰者の森田玄とゆみは、2014年に日本人初のコネプラ認定トレーナーとなり日本にコネプラを伝えました。それを学んだ人々の驚くべき変容と効果に感動し続けています。

コロナウィルスで世界中の多くの人が混乱や不安の中にいる今、コヒーランス効果で心に平安を取り戻し、課題を克服して人生を前進させましょう。

グループコヒーランスで平和を創る試み「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」。

毎年、夏至と冬至に広島からZOOMで、あなたと世界がつながります。

年2回は広島から開催しますが、毎朝６時からも同じZOOMで「デイリーコヒーランス」をハワイ（と日本）から継続中です。

第８回広島グローバルピース・コヒーランス実行委員会は、2021年12月19日に広島アートサロンからオンラインであなたとつながります。ZOOM会議室は午前10時に開場します。

10時30分から米国のハートマス研究所とRFIをオンラインでつなぎ、最初にコヒーランスについて学び、その後グループコヒーランスを実践します。

この試みは2030年まで続ける予定です。

今回もコネプラ創始者・RFI（ラスールファンデーション・インターナショナル）CEOのリタ・マリー・ジョンソンと、ハートマス研究所副所長で主任研究員のロリン・マクラティ博士をゲストスピーカーとして迎えます。

グループコヒーランスを実践すると、あなたの心が落ち着き、心身の健やかさが増すことに留まらず、そのエネルギーをグループで周囲に広げて平和や健やかさを地球規模で創造することに貢献できる可能性があります。私たちは参加者100万人を目指して、2030年冬至まで練習を重ねます。

当日は心拍変動（HRV）を計測して脳と心臓を同期させる（コヒーランスにする）トレーニング・ソフトウェア「emWave（エムウェーブ）」と「Inner Balance（インナーバランス）」を使って、自分の脳と心臓が同期しているかどうかを計測します。

インナーバランスをお持ちの方はGlobal Coherence APPをアップルストアやGoogleプレイからインストールして「GreenFire01」のコードで私たちのグループに参加してください。

継続してコヒーランスを練習すると、ストレス緩和・レジリエンス（柔軟性や回復力）やパフォーマンス能力の向上などの効果があることが報告されています。昨今ではオランダ国家警察が導入し成果をあげています。また長年に渡り世界トップレベルのオリンピック選手やアスリート、ビジネスマンもコヒーランスを活用してパフォーマンスを向上させています。

米国NPO「ラスール・ファンデーションインターナショナル（RFI）」代表のリタ・マリー・ジョンソンは、軍隊を持たないコスタリカに魅せられ移住し、そこで「コネクション・プラクティス」を開発しました。彼女はコスタリカで「司法平和省」の設立を達成し、2014年には米国に戻ってコネプラ認定トレーナーを養成しています。2021年は忙しい人が迅速にコネプラを学べる「コネプラ・コア」を開発し、日本でもRJが導入しました。

コネプラ認定トレーナー「ラスール*」に求められるのは、常にコヒーランスを保つことです。ラスールとその候補生、コネプラを学ぶ方が私たちの試みに参加してもらえたら、これほど嬉しいことはありません。

（＊ラスールとは、コスタリカの詩「ラスール」に出てくる平和のヒーローの名前。心に平和を創り、課題を自分で解決する方法を子どもたちに伝授し、コスタリカのキズール村を１週間で平和と創造性の村に変容させた。リタマリーの著書「完全につながる（邦訳）」「Return of Rasur（未邦訳）」に詳しい）

ゆみと玄の「デイリーコヒーランス」は、日本時間午前６時から３０分間毎日行われています。インターネットがあれば、全世界どなたでも参加可能です。1日のベースライン（コヒーランスレベル）を高めてその日を穏やかに過ごしましょう。グループコヒーランスは参加者が互いに支え合うことができるので、困難が起きても自分最高の叡智につながって対応し、人生を前進させる力が養われます。毎日欠かさず続けています。　

毎日の練習成果を年２回、冬至と夏至に「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」で発揮しましょう。
